
Mango Mojito Mocktail Recipe
Mango Mojito Mocktail is a refreshing, non-alcoholic summer drink made with fresh mango pulp, mint leaves, lemon juice, and soda. Blended with ice and a hint of sweetness, this tropical twist on the classic mojito offers a perfect balance of tangy, sweet, and minty flavors—ideal for cooling off on hot days.
Ingredients
- Raw mango (diced) – ¼ cup
- Mango diced – ½ cup
- Water – a dash
- Mint leaves – handful
- Sugar – 2tbsp
- Lemon – ½ no
- Soda Water (chilled) – 400ml
Instructions
- To prepare mango mojito simply add raw and ripe mangoes to the blender along with a dash of water. Blend them to make a smooth puree. Strain if you feel the puree is chunky.
- Separately pound together sugar and mint leaves. Add the crushed sugar and bruised mint to a glass, squeeze some lemon on top and mix them. Pour over the mango puree and then top it up with chilled soda water. And mango mojito is ready.
- To make it a cocktail simply add white rum to the drink and serve. 45ml of white rum is recommended for each serving.
