  • 2 mangoes, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp light olive oil
  • 1 tbsp roughly chopped fresh chives

Instructions
 

  • Place mango, sweet chilli sauce, lime juice, vinegar, oil and chives in a blender or small food processor. Season with salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and combined. Serve.
