  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/4 cup Jaggery, powdered
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • Salt, to taste
  • Ghee, for cooking 

Instructions
 

  • To begin making the Maharashtrian Style Dashmi Roti (Jaggery Flat Bread Recipe) add all the ingredients into a bowl.
  • Add little water and knead it slowly to form a soft and non-sticky dough.
  • Pinch out a small ball of the dough. Heat a Flat-bottomed pan.
