Lipardo’s Puto Seco
This puto seco recipe creates one of the beloved Filipino treats that I cherish. These cookies are not only delicious but also wholesome and budget-friendly, and each bite offers a delightful melt-in-your-mouth experience. While I used to relish my own culinary creations, sharing them with others brings me even greater satisfaction. So, indulge and savor!
