Kool-Aid Pie
My mother-in-law shared this ultra-simple and speedy Kool-Aid pie recipe with me. It involves no cooking or baking—simply mix and allow it to set! You'll impress everyone with the rich and velvety filling, and they'll assume you put in hours of effort.
Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (0.13 ounce) package unsweetened fruit-flavored drink mix (such as Kool-Aid®)
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Instructions
- Whisk sweetened condensed milk and fruit-flavored drink mix together in a bowl until thoroughly combined and thick. Gently fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
- Pour filling into pie crust and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
This has a strong fruity flavor as well as plenty of sweetness. If you want to cut down on either one, add 1/2 of the drink mix packet for less fruitiness or 1/2 of the can of condensed milk for less sweetness.
