Japanese Champon Recipe

Japanese Champon Recipe

Unlike many ramen dishes, Champon is prepared in a single pot, with the noodles cooked directly in the broth. Originally popular among students in the Nagasaki region seeking an affordable, filling meal, Champon has since become widely enjoyed.
The main ingredients vary by season and region, giving each version of the dish a unique flavor. Champon is a prime example of Chinese-Japanese fusion cuisine and can be found across the country.
