Ingredients
- Saffola Honey Active (शहद)- ½ cup
- Butter (मक्खन) – ¼ cup
- Chilli sauce (चिल्ली सॉस) – 3 tbsp
- Garlic (लहसुन) (grated) – 2 nos
- Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- Add honey, butter, sriracha, garlic, and rice vinegar to a small saucepan. Warm over low heat until the butter is melted. Then, let cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes for the flavors to meld.
- Transfer honey to a clean container. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Use as desired. Refrigerate extras.
