  • 1/4th cup Sesame seeds
  • 1/4th cup Gur (Jaggery)
  • 2-3 tsp Water
  • 2 tsp Saunf (Fennel seed)
  • a pinch Salt
  • 2 pinch Black salt
  • ¼ tsp Kali Mirch (black pepper)
  • ½ tsp Ginger powder
  • 1 tsp +1 tsp Ghee/Butter
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger powder
  • 2 pinch Black salt
