
Grilled Lamb Chop, Avocado Chutney
Grilled Lamb Chop with Avocado Chutney is a flavorful dish featuring tender, marinated lamb chops grilled to perfection and served with a fresh, creamy avocado chutney. The smoky aroma of the meat combined with the tangy, buttery chutney makes it a perfect appetizer or main course for a gourmet meal.
Ingredients
- NZ Lamb chops – 8 nos
- 1 table spn Garlic chopped
- Fennel seeds – 1 table spn
- Madras curry powder – 1 table spn
- to taste Salt
- 2 sprigs Curry leaves chopped
- 1 tbl spn Ginger chopped
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- (thick) -1/2 cup Coconut milk
Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl and add NZ Lamb chops in it, now add chopped curry leaf, chopped garlic, ginger chopped along with fennel seeds, turmeric, madras curry powder, coconut milk and add salt & pepper to taste.
- Now leave this marinated lamb for 15 minutes.
- For the chutney run a sharp knife from the top of the avocado in a circular motion. Slightly twist the avocado and separate the halves. Remove the seed and discard it. Peel off the hard skin and cut the avocado into very small dices.
