Greek-Style Potatoes
This straightforward recipe for Greek potatoes comes quite close to the authentic version. The beauty of it lies in the fact that you can customize the seasonings to suit your preferences as they bake—I occasionally incorporate a touch more lemon. These delectable potatoes boast a moist texture and pair wonderfully with green beans and baked chicken, topped with a bit of salsa and feta.
