Farali Sukhi Bhaji

Farali Sukhi Bhaji

Farali Sukhi Bhaji, a flavorful dry potato sabzi, is a delightful dish prepared during fasting or vrat, especially for festivals like Navaratri, Maha Shivaratri, Ekadashi, Janmashtami, or Shravan mass upwas. I have a special fondness for this sabzi and prepare it frequently, even when not fasting :). It pairs wonderfully with Rajgira Puri.
