Confetti Cookie Dough Ball
Confetti Cookie Dough Ball is a fun and colorful no-bake treat made with edible cookie dough mixed with rainbow sprinkles. It's soft, sweet, and festive—perfect for parties or as a cheerful dessert bite.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup (60 g.) confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 cup (55 g.) packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup assorted rainbow and silver sprinkles
- Nilla wafers and pretzels, for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, using a handheld mixer on medium speed, beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in confectioners' sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla, then fold in chips.
- Place 2 overlapping sheets of plastic wrap on a work surface and scrape cream cheese mixture on top. Using your hands, form mixture into a ball. Place in a small bowl, then tightly cover with plastic wrap. Freeze until firm, about 3 hours. (Once it’s semi-firm, after about 2 hours, you’ll be able to better shape it into a ball.)
- In a small bowl, mix rainbow and silver sprinkles.
- When ready to serve, transfer ball to a platter. Cover with sprinkles. (If your ball is firm enough to roll, try that.)
- Serve with Nilla wafers and pretzels alongside.
