Chimichurri Marinade
Chimichurri marinade is a zesty and flavorful sauce commonly used in Latin American cuisine, especially in Argentina and Uruguay. It's typically made with fresh parsley, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and a blend of herbs and spices like oregano, red pepper flakes, and cumin.
