Ingredients
  

  • 250 gms/2 cups Carrots (Sliced)
  • 250ml/1 cup Orange Juice
  • 2 tsp Ginger chopped
  • ½ tsp Black salt
  • to taste Salt
  • ¾ tsp Chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder

Instructions
 

  • For carrot spread, cut red carrots thinly, and add to a pan. Strain the orange juice and add to the pan.
  • Turn on the heat. Add ginger, black salt, salt, and chilli powder then boil it. Now cook it for 15 to 20 mins.
  • Now add butter and roasted cumin powder. And then puree the carrots without adding water.
  • Tasty and healthy carrot spread is ready to be served.
