Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups apple cider
  • 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk apple cider, brown sugar, mustard, and vinegar. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, until reduced by about half, 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Make Ahead: Glaze can be made 5 days ahead. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
