
Avocado and Chicken Kebabs
Avocado and Chicken Kebabs are a flavorful, protein-rich dish made by skewering tender marinated chicken pieces with creamy avocado chunks, then grilling or roasting them to perfection. The combination of smoky, juicy chicken and buttery avocado creates a satisfying appetizer or light main course, perfect for barbecues, parties, or healthy meals.
Ingredients
- (ripe and firm) – 1no Avocado (ripe)
- to taste Salt
- a small piece Ginger chopped
- 1 no Green chilly chopped
- 1 tbsp green coriander
- for shallow frying Olive oil
- 250 gms Chicken mince (leg)
- 1/2 tsp Jeera
- 4-5 nos Garlic cloves
- Processed cheese cubes – 2 no
- Pepper powder – to taste
Instructions
- Run a sharp knife from the top of the avocado in a circular motion. Slightly twist the avocado and separate the halves. Remove the seed and discard it. Peel off the hard skin and cut the avocado into small dices.
- Separately add all the ingredients except the avocados in a blender and blend to make a rough paste. Remove and mix in the avocado dices. Apply little oil on your palms and make into flat patties. Heat a griddle/Tawa and cook the patties on both sides till brown. Remove and serve hot.
