Avocado and Chicken Kebabs

Avocado and Chicken Kebabs are a flavorful, protein-rich dish made by skewering tender marinated chicken pieces with creamy avocado chunks, then grilling or roasting them to perfection. Ingredients
  

  • (ripe and firm) – 1no Avocado (ripe)
  • to taste Salt
  • a small piece Ginger chopped
  • 1 no Green chilly chopped
  • 1 tbsp green coriander
  • for shallow frying Olive oil
  • 250 gms Chicken mince (leg)
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera
  • 4-5 nos Garlic cloves
  • Processed cheese cubes – 2 no
  • Pepper powder – to taste

Instructions
 

  • Run a sharp knife from the top of the avocado in a circular motion. Slightly twist the avocado and separate the halves. Remove the seed and discard it. Peel off the hard skin and cut the avocado into small dices.
  • Separately add all the ingredients except the avocados in a blender and blend to make a rough paste. Remove and mix in the avocado dices. Apply little oil on your palms and make into flat patties. Heat a griddle/Tawa and cook the patties on both sides till brown. Remove and serve hot.
