Ingredients
  

  • Dark chocolate – 120gms
  • Eggs – 2nos
  • Sugar – 1/4 cup
  • Icing sugar – sprinkle
  • Cherry – Garnish
  • Butter – 110gms
  • Egg Yolks – 2nos
  • Refined Flour – 1 tbsp
  • Mint sprig – Garnish

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter & chopped chocolate together on a double boiler.
  • Whisk them together till very fluffy. Once very fluffy pour the chocolate mix in the eggs slowly while continuously whisking on medium speed. Remove the whisk and added 1 tbsp of flour. Whisk it again.
  • In the meanwhile, baste the ramekins with butter and dust with flour. Pour the mixture in the remains and bake in preheated oven 230c for 7-8 mins.
  • Remove and let them cook for 2 mins. Can serve garnished with cherry, mint sprig and dusted icing sugar. The other option is to carefully demould it. Dust with icing sugar and garnish with cherry & mint sprig. Serve immediately for lava to flow out.
