- Apples, large (सेब) – 4 nos
- All Purpose Flour (मैदा) – 1 cup
- Sugar (चीनी) – 2 tsp
- Salt (नमक) – a tiny pinch
- Baking Powder (बैकिंग पाउडर) – ¾ tbsp
- Vanilla Flavouring (वैनिला) – 1 tsp
- Butter, melted (मक्खन) – 1 tbsp
- Milk (दूध) – 1 cup
- Oil (तेल) – for frying
For Coating
- Sugar, fine grain (बारीक चीनी) – 3 tbsp
- Cinnamon Powder (दालचीनी पाउडर) – ½ tbsp
Instructions
- To make Apple Cinnamon Fritters, mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, vanilla flavoring, melted butter, and milk. Slice large apples, remove the center of the slices, dip in the batter, and fry in oil until golden.
