
Aata Walnut Cookies Recipe
These cookies are light, healthy, and an ideal pairing with a warm cup of tea or coffee. Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Castor Sugar
- 1 cup Aata
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Coffee Powder
- 1 cup Walnuts
Instructions
- Take butter in a big bowl.

- Add castor sugar to it.

- Whisk them thoroughly.

- Add Aatta, baking powder and coffee powder to the bowl through a sieve.

- Mix and whisk them thoroughly with the butter to make a paste.

- Make doughs out of the mix.

- Make small Tikki shaped balls out of the dough.

- Add walnuts on top of every ball.

- Bake them at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve.
