Strawberry Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- 3/4 c. heavy cream
- 1 1/2 blocks (12-oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. strawberry preserves
- 1/2 c. chopped strawberries, plus more for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl using a hand mixer or in the bowl of a stand mixer, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add strawberry preserves and beat until combined. Fold in strawberries, then fold in whipped cream until just incorporated.
- Pour filling into crust and refrigerate until well chilled, at least 4 hours.
- Garnish pie with more strawberries when ready to serve.
