Ingredients
  

  • 1 c. fresh raspberries
  • 3/4 c. fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 c. fresh blackberries
  • 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp. ground flaxseeds
  • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of kosher salt

TOPPING

  • 1/3 c. whole wheat flour
  • 3 tbsp. old-fashioned rolled oats or chopped nuts, such as almonds or pecans
  • 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp. butter, softened
  • Olive oil cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, toss raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, sugar, flaxseeds, vanilla, and salt until coated.
  • Divide berry mixture between 2 (6") aluminum pie plates.

TOPPING

  • In a medium bowl, whisk flour, oats, sugar, and salt. Add butter and, using your hands, squeeze mixture together until clumps form.
  • Sprinkle topping over filling; generously spray with cooking spray. Place 1 pan in an air-fryer basket. Cook at 370° until filling is bubbly and top is golden, about 15 minutes. Let cool slightly. Repeat with remaining crisp.
