Ingredients

  • Saffola Oats (ओट्स) – 3 cups
  • Almonds (बादाम) –  ¼ cup
  • Pista (पिस्ता) – ¼ cup
  • Cashew nuts (काजू) – ¼ cup
  • Cinnamon Powder (दालचीनी पाउडर) – 1 tsp
  • Saffola Honey Activ (शहद) – ¼ cup
  • Butter, melted (मक्खन) – 60 gm
  • Saffola Peanut Butter (पीनट बटर) – ¼ cup
  • Dark Chocolate (डार्क चॉकलेट) – 300gms

Instructions

  • For chocolate oats and honey bars, drop in 3 cups of Saffola oats, chopped assorted nuts; which will add crunch to the bar, and cinnamon powder for aroma and flavour.
In a different bowl, pour melted butter, peanut butter, and honey. Mix them all together. Combine the oats and the honey mixture.
Line a flat baking tray and transfer the mixture to it. Spread the mixture and press it with a spatula. Layer one more sheet of butter paper on top and press it nicely with a bowl to pack the bar tightly. Refrigerate it for at least 1 hour or freeze it for 30 minutes.
  • Take out the set mixture from the tray, remove the butter paper, and trim the sides. Now cut the bars into desired shapes.
Use a double boiler or microwave to melt chocolate and pour it into a glass. Simply, pick a bar and dip it in the chocolate. Wait for approximately 30 seconds so that the chocolate gets a little firm. Place it on butter paper till it gets fully firm. Repeat the process.
Chocolate oats and honey bars are ready to be enjoyed.
