Candy Cane Champagne Cocktail
"This easy, seasonal drink is ideal for your holiday celebration!"
Ingredients
- 1 oz. peppermint schnapps, plus more for glass rim
- Finely crushed starlight mints, for rim
- Prosecco or other sparkling wine
Instructions
- Place peppermint schnapps on a small plate. Place mints on a second small plate. Dip the rim of a Champagne glass in the schnapps then in the mints. Pour schnapps into prepared glass and top with Prosecco.
