
Warm Apple & Kinnu Winter Punch Recipe
Warm Apple & Kinnu Winter Punch is a comforting, aromatic beverage perfect for chilly winter days. Made with a blend of apple juice, fresh orange juice, and kinnu (a citrus fruit), it’s infused with warming spices like cinnamon, cloves, and ginger. Sweetened with honey or maple syrup, this punch is both cozy and refreshing. It’s an easy-to-make, festive drink that can be enjoyed at holiday gatherings or simply to unwind on cold evenings. Ingredients
- 8 Nos Cloves
- 6 cups Apple Juice
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 1/4 cups Pineapple Juice
- 1 cup Kinu Orange Juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Stud the whole Kinu’s with cloves and bake for 30 minutes.
- In a large saucepan, combine the apple juice and cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, and simmer 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, and stir in the nutmeg, honey, lemon juice, pineapple juice and Kinu (Orange) juice.
- Serve hot in a punch bowl with the 2 clove-studded baked oranges floating on top.
