Warm Potato Salad with Cheesy Sauce
Warm Potato Salad with Cheesy Sauce is a comforting dish that combines tender, boiled potatoes with a rich, creamy cheese sauce. The potatoes are typically diced or sliced and served warm, often mixed with ingredients like onions, herbs, or bacon for added flavor. The cheesy sauce, made from melted cheese, butter, milk, and seasonings, is poured over the potatoes, creating a luscious, indulgent texture. This dish is a variation of traditional potato salad, served warm rather than cold, making it a perfect side for hearty meals, especially during colder weather.
