Ingredients
  

  • Pork sausages – 4
  • Bacon (back bacon or streaky) – 6
  • Eggs (fried, scrambled, or poached) – 2
  • Mushrooms (sliced) – 1 cup
  • Tomatoes – 2
  • Baked beans – 1 cup
  • Black pudding (sliced) – 2
  • Bread (sliced) – 2
  • Butter – 2 tsp
  • Hash browns – 4
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black pepper – to taste
  • Oil or butter (for frying) – 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup or brown sauce – to serve (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 400°F.
  • Cook the hash browns in the oven for 15 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add the oil or butter.
  • Cook the sausages until browned and cooked through, turning occasionally.
  • Move the sausages to one side of the pan and add the bacon.
  • Fry the bacon until it becomes crispy.
  • Remove the bacon and sausages from the pan, set aside and keep warm.
  • In the same pan, fry the mushrooms until they are golden and cooked through, then put them to the side.
  • Chop the tomatoes in half and add them to the pan and cook until softened.
  • Heat the baked beans in a small saucepan over low heat until warmed through.
  • Fry the black pudding slices until crisp on both sides.
  • In another pan, heat oil or butter and fry the eggs until cooked.
  • Toast the bread and spread with butter.
  • Serve everything on a plate, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Serve with ketchup or brown sauce on the side.
