Ingredients
- 1/4 kg baby potatoes
- 1/2 – 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- A big pinch of asafoetida
- A big pinch of turmeric powder
- Salt as per your taste
- 7 – 8 curry leaves
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Wash and cook the baby potato by adding required water. I cooked it in a pressure cooker by making 2 – 3 whistles.
- Once they are cooled, peel the baby potatoes.
- Next take oil in a frying pan and heat it. Add in curry leaves.
- Next add in peeled baby potatoes and fry for 2 minutes.
- Next add in red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and chat masala powder.
- Also add in asafoetida, salt and turmeric powder.
- Stir well for five minutes under low flame. Serve it with tomato sauce or along with a cup of tea.
