Simple Sauteed Oyster Mushrooms
These uncomplicated mushrooms feature a crisp bottom, are prepared in just 5 minutes, and complement various proteins perfectly.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 7 ounces oyster mushrooms, trimmed
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add mushrooms and garlic in an even layer, making sure to not overcrowd.
