Lemonade Cleanse
As part of my cleansing routine, I blend and consume 6 to 10 servings daily.
Ingredients
- 10 fluid ounces water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Stir water, lemon juice, maple syrup, and cayenne together until well mixed.
