Radish chutney Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 medium sized radish
- 1-2 red chilis
- 1/4 tsp coriander seeds
- 1/4 cup grated coconut
- A small piece tamarind
- Salt as per your taste
Ingredients for tempering:
- 1/2 red chili
- 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
- 4-5 curry leaves
- 1 tsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Clean, wash and grate the radish.
- Take coconut, red chili, coriander seeds, salt and tamarind in a mixie jar.
- Fine grind it by adding little water.
- Now to the same jar add in grated radish and grind it for about 5 seconds.
- Transfer it to a bowl and temper it with oil, red chili, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Serve it with hot steaming rice.
