German Wiener Schnitzel

German Wiener Schnitzel

Food Wiki
To clarify the name: 'Wiener' is derived from the word 'Wien,' which is the Austrian city known as Vienna. 'Schnitzel' essentially refers to meat coated in a crispy crust. I'm German, and I hope my English description is clear. You can enjoy these schnitzels with a side of salad, ketchup, and French fries.
