Tomato onion chutney recipe
Discover a delightful recipe for Tomato Onion Chutney, complete with detailed instructions, step-by-step visual aids, and an accompanying video. This delectable chutney perfectly complements the flavors of masala dosa, but it's also an excellent choice to accompany dosa, chapathi, or rice. Unlike traditional chutneys, this one is coconut-free and offers a truly delicious taste. Personally, I find this chutney more enjoyable when paired with rice or chapathi, although it still enhances the dosa experience. The tomato-onion chutney holds a cherished place in our family, as it has been a treasured recipe for generations. I frequently prepare this versatile chutney as it complements dosa, rice, and chapathi splendidly. It's worth noting that when it comes to masala dosa, there are typically two types of red chutney involved. One is applied during the dosa-making process, while the other, which I present here, is served alongside the dosa.
