Vrat Ke Dahi Wale Aloo
Dahi Wale Aloo for Vrat is a simple and delightful dish featuring potatoes cooked in a yogurt-based sauce. This recipe is a staple during Navratra vrat at my home. The preparation is incredibly straightforward—requiring baby potatoes (or any variety), yogurt, ginger-chili paste, curry leaves, and cumin seeds.
