- Rice Paper - 4 pcs
- Egg - 1
- Fresh Chives
- Sriracha Chili Sauce - 4 tbsp
- White onion - 1
- Butter
Finely chop the chives. Whisk together with fried onions and an egg in a bowl.
Put rice paper on a plate and add 1 to 2 tablespoons of the egg mixture. Even spread the mixture with a spoon in circular motions.
Put the preparation on the grille and let it grill. Meanwhile, drizzle sriracha sauce over it and put a dollop of butter in the middle.
Now carefully fold up the rice paper and grill again on both sides until crispy. Turn several times. Your Banh Trang Nuong is ready to be served in proper style with a folded piece of wastepaper.
Add any toppings you like, we suggest tuna!
- Make sure that you buy rice paper for fried spring rolls and not for summer rolls. Any version works, but the former tastes better because it was designed to be heated. You can also use rice paper with sesame seeds.
