Roughly cut onions, and potatoes. Now in a hot pressure cooker pot, add ghee, onions, ginger, and garlic, then roast them well. Roughly cut green chillies, carrots, cauliflower, and beans, then add them to the pot. Add soaked chana dal, green peas, salt to taste, shami kebab masala, turmeric, and Kashmiri chilli powder. Mix them well and roast for a while. Now add a dash of water then stir it. Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook for about 2 whistles.
