- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Ginger chopped – 1 tsp
- Garlic chopped – 1 tsp
- Onion sliced – ½ cup
- Cabbage shredded – 1 cup
- Carrot julienne – 1/2 cup
- Peppers shredded – 1 cup
- Noodles boiled – 2 cups
- Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
- Green Chilli sauce – 1 tsp
Heat a pan to high heat and add oil. Add ginger & garlic and give a quick stir. Now add sliced onions, cabbage, carrots and peppers. Toss them for 2 minutes on high heat.
Add boiled noodles, soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper power and toss the noodles for 3 mins. Sprinkle spring onions, mix and remove from heat. Serve immediately.
