Spring Onion Paratha

- Whole wheat flour – 400gms
- Spring onion – 50gms
- Kalonji – 1tsp
- Feta cheese -100gms
- Pepper powder -1tsp
- oil – 75ml
Place the flour in a paratha and make a well. Slowly add some water and make a stiff dough. Let it rest for 10 mins. Make balls of equal size.
Dry roast the kalonji and add to mashed cheese. Finely chop spring onions and add to the cheese with pepper powder.
Heat the tawa and oil with oil. Put the paratha on hot tawa cook on both sides, now apply oil and cook till it is done. Serve hot.
