Sev Tameta Nu Shak

The recipe for Sev Tameta Nu Shak, a cherished Gujarati sabzi/curry, ranks among my perennial favorites. Also known as Sev Tamatar Sabji, this dish combines the flavors of sweet and sour using tomatoes, sev, and a blend of spices. It's commonly enjoyed with Gujarati Bhakhari or Rotla.
