Roasted Tomato Soup
Roasted Tomato Soup is a rich and comforting dish made by roasting fresh tomatoes, garlic, and onions to enhance their natural sweetness and depth of flavor. The roasted ingredients are then blended into a smooth puree, often seasoned with herbs like basil or thyme and finished with cream or broth. This soup is a staple in continental cuisine and is often served as a warm appetizer, paired perfectly with a side of bread or a grilled cheese sandwich.
