Wash & drain water from fish. Grind together small onion, garlic, green chilli, black pepper, coriander powder & turmeric powder.
Put the fish in a pan & add ground paste & mix well with hands. Add enough water & cocum. Cook on low fire until the gravy becomes thick.
When gravy becomes thick add coconut milk & curry leaves. Cook on low fire & when it starts boiling take it off from stove. Garnish with coriander leaves.

You can have this with rice or roti or as an appetizer.
