Remove the skin & seeds of the papaya. Mix together coconut, small onion, green chilly, garlic, turmeric powder, jeera & salt, using your hands. Heat oil in a pan & crackle the mustard seeds. Add small onions, dry red chilli & curry leaves. Fry for a minute or two. Add the coconut mixture & stir for 2-3 minutes. Add grated papaya & mix well. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of water. Cover & cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes. Give a stir in between. Serve hot with rice & kachimoru.
