- Doritos or corn chips 10- 12
- Rajma | Red kidney beans 1/4 cup
- Sweet corn kernels 3 tblsp
- Capsicum (red and green) 1 tblsp each
- Potato 1/4 portion
- Olives 4
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1/2
- Sweet chutney 2 tsp
- Green chutney 2 tsp
- Chaat masala 1/4 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder 1/4 tsp
- Sev for garnishing
Cook the over night soaked rajma, potato and sweet corn in a pressure cooker.
Drain the water and keep it aside.
Chop the onion,capsicum and tomato finely.
Cut the olives into circles. Cut the potato into small cubes.
In a wide bowl add the red kidney beans, potato, sweet corn, olives, capsicum, onion and tomato into it.
Add the green chutney, sweet chutney, chaat masala and roasted cumin powder.
Mix well evenly.
Slightly crush the Doritos and add it to the bowl.
Gently mix it.
Add it to the serving plate and garnish with sev.
Serve immediately.
