Ingredients
  

  • Almonds (बादाम) – ¾ cup (60gms)
  • Cashews (काजू) – ¾ cup (55 gms)
  • Milk (दूध) – 750 ml
  • Milk (दूध) – 250 ml
  • Sugar (चीनी) – 1 cup
  • Sesame seeds, roasted (भुना तिल) – ¼ cup
  • Dry desiccated coconut (सूखा नारियल बुरादा) – ½ cup 
  • Black cardamom seeds (काली इलाइची का दाना) – ½ tsp 
  • Pista, chopped (पिस्ता) – handful
  • Dried rose petals (सूखी गुलाब पत्ती) – handful

Instructions
 

  • For Dry Fruits Barfi, start by boiling almonds and cashews to remove any dirt and impurities. Rinse them and peel the almonds. Blend the almonds and cashews with milk and set aside.
  • In a pan, reduce the milk to half, add sugar, and mix in the nut paste, roasted sesame seeds, and desiccated coconut. Cook until it reaches a dough-like consistency. Transfer it to a tray, let it cool to room temperature, then chill it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Once cooled, garnish with black cardamom seeds, pistachios, and rose petals. Cut into barfi's and enjoy this perfect dessert with your friends and family.
