- 1 cup pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into ¼ inch pieces (5.3 ounces)
- 1 cup mango, peeled and cut into ¼-inch pieces (5.3 ounces)
- ¼ cup red onion, roughly chopped (1 ounce)
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and roughly chopped (1 ounce)
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
- 4 tablespoons lime juice, freshly squeezed: approximately 2 limes
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Optional add ins:
- ¼ cup red bell pepper, roughly chopped
In a bowl, add pineapple, mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. If using, add in the red pepper too.
Stir to combine.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes* or up to 2 hours for the flavors to combine.
Serve as a condiment or with your favorite tortilla chips on the side.
