Maharashtrian Green Chilli Thecha Recipe
The Maharashtrian Green Chilli Thecha Recipe serves as a zesty side dish paired with various Maharashtrian thalipeeth. Coarsely ground spicy green chillies and pungent garlic are tempered with mustard seeds and hing, creating a spicy and flavorful taste. You can prepare this in small batches and store it in the refrigerator for later use. While Thecha carries a fiery flavor, it complements perfectly with a warm Bajra Roti or Jowar Bhakri.
