- Tindora / tondli chopped lengthwise - 1 ½ cups
- Chopped cabbage - 2 cups
- Green chilies chopped - 2 According to your spice level
- Salt to taste
- A small pinch of Turmeric
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Curry leaves - 8 to 10
- Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
- Pinch of hing
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, hing and curry leaves. Let the mustard seeds splutter.
Add Green chilies, Tindora / tondli, salt and turmeric. Mix well and cook it for 3 minutes over medium to high heat.
Now add Cabbage. Stir well and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
