Grilled Cheese Sandwich
A Grilled Cheese Sandwich is a classic comfort food made by layering cheese between slices of bread (usually white or brown) and grilling or toasting it until the bread turns golden brown and crispy, and the cheese melts into a gooey, rich filling. Often prepared with butter or margarine on the outside for extra crispness, it can be customized with add-ons like tomatoes, onions, or herbs. Best served hot with ketchup, soup, or salad.

Next, spread the layer of mozzarella all over, from corner to corner. Finally, season with some black pepper and place the other slice over it with the butter side up. Heat tawa on medium heat and place the sandwich with the butter side down.
Press the sandwich lightly with and wait for the it to get an even golden-brown colour. At this point flip the sandwich and repeat the process for the other side as well. Cut the sandwich into triangles and serve while it’s hot and gooey accompanied with the mustard mayo dip.
