- ½ cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 3 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 ounces crumbled feta cheese
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
Mix chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, lemon juice, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper together in a bowl; form mixture into 5 patties.
