Fruit Raita
Fruit Raita is a cooling and creamy yogurt-based side dish made by combining fresh seasonal fruits like apples, bananas, pomegranate, and grapes with curd (yogurt) and mild spices. Lightly sweet and mildly spiced, it offers a perfect balance of sweetness, tanginess, and crunch. Often served chilled, fruit raita complements spicy Indian meals and is a popular addition during summers or festive meals.
