when the bulgur is hydrated rinse under cold water and then drain the excess water using a sieve, put the bulgur wheat in a bowl and fluff the wheat
Add the tomatoes, chopped herbs, chopped chilli and sliced spring onions to the bulgur wheat
add the caper dressing to the salad, stir to mix the ingredients, crumble the feta cheese over the mixture, stir to mix the ingredients, season with salt and pepper
share the contents of the bowl equally between the serving bowls
